September: Wellness Lounge & Body Reset
Drop into our Wellness Lounge for the month of September for a mid-day reset to restore balance, ease tension, and recharge your body and mind.
We’ll provide everything you need to unwind including:
-mats
-foam rollers
-resistance bands
-yoga blocks
& a softly lit, calming atmosphere
Whether you want to stretch, roll out stress, breathe deeply, or simply set an intention for the rest of your day, this is your time.
Think of it as your personal dedicated time for pause.
Use our space to move gently, release tension, and walk back into your day feeling lighter, grounded, and re-energized.
